The Västerås Film Festival Jury Honorary Award 2016 was awarded to Lennart Jähkel. The Jury’s motivation:

Lennart Jähkel is an actor with a unique quality who manages to handle the minimalistic as well as the completely extrovert parts of a character. He has played a wide range of different parts in a very convincing way in theatre, TV and film.
